The webinar covers:

• The purpose of the Network of Care Roadmap.
• Guidance on the key elements supporting a robust trauma-informed network of care and to support the health and well-being of children, adults, and families.
• Actionable steps and milestones for providers and community-based organizations to grow cross-sector networks of care designed to address the health impacts of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and toxic stress.

Don’t forget, health care clinicians must take the online training and fill out an attestation form in order to receive Medi-Cal payment for ACE screenings.
