“Reimagining Child Wellbeing: Local Policy Strategies to Prevent and Reduce Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) in California’s Communities” is a resource developed in collaboration with the All Children Thrive, California (ACT) project and the California Department of Public Health, Injury and Prevention Branch (CDPH/IVPB) and California Department of Social Service, Office of Child Abuse Prevention’s (CDSS/OCAP)’s , Essentials for Childhood (EfC) Initiative.
This resource was created for ACT Funded-Projects, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and child maltreatment prevention advocates, and local coalition facilitators who are working to support communities as they educate about the need to adopt and implement evidenced-based and evidence-informed local policy strategies that improve the lives of California’s children and families while preventing childhood adversity and trauma.
We are excited to share this resource with all of those who are serving Californians and interested in supporting communities as they work to educate about the need to prevent and reduce ACEs and child maltreatment.
Please consider sharing this new resource with your networks and thank you for your partnership.
