The Traumatic Stress Institute already supports more than 85 organizational clients throughout North America with its Whole-System Change Model to Trauma-Informed Care, which includes the Risking Connection Training. Now TSI is adding two staff to support its increasing number of organizational clients. One of the two positions will assume primary responsibility for Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) services and the other position will serve a variety of sectors.
This position entails providing virtual and in-person training, consultation, and coaching related to trauma-informed care (TIC). The largest portion of responsibilities involves managing a portfolio of organizational clients implementing TSIβs Whole-System Change Model to Trauma-Informed Care.
