Participants will learn about evidence based alternative healing modalities as a compliment to traditional therapy: (1) Tools to increase the heart and mind connection and mental & emotional self-regulation techniques. (2) Hypnosis as a treatment option to release trauma. This program will help expand and diversify our “village” of care.
Learning Objectives:
1. Describe the short and long term mental health impact secondary to pandemic stress and learn about additional forms of empirically-supported mental health treatment options.
2. Describe scientifically based tools that bridge the connection between the heart and mind to help your clients greatly reduce stress and increase resilience.
3. List ways hypnosis can help identify and release trauma stored on an emotional, physical and cellular level.
