In appreciation of and support for the tremendous work you are doing under challenging circumstances, Dibble will be hosting a free, 12-week Mind Matters online series with Dr. Carolyn Curtis and Dixie Zittlow.
Unprecedented times, such as these, are stressful and call for everyone to think about ways to help others and themselves. Thus, we see this as an opportunity to offer free, professional development and help you and your staff practice self-care.
Join us as we teach the Mind Matters curriculum to help you develop skills and coping mechanisms to overcome anxiety and build resilience.
When: Every Tuesday at 9:30-10:30 AM Pacific starting March 24 through June 9

What: Each week, Carolyn Curtis, PhD, author of Mind Matters, and Dixie Zittlow, Dibble Master Trainer, will teach you a lesson from Mind Matters*. You will be given a link to the participant materials for each lesson with your registration confirmation email.
Those completing all 12 sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion as a professional development activity.

The recorded lessons will be available to on our YouTube channel for those unable to attend the live session.

*This online class will teach you the content of each Mind Matters lesson. It is not a training of facilitators to learn how to teach Mind Matters.
