The sessions are open to those who support community in the focus regions and are designed to recognize, reclaim, and lift up our inherent and collective blessings and resilience.

The first session “Recognition and Restoration” is being held on March 25 from 10:00 am-1:00 pm for those in the Sacramento region and on April 15 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm for those in the San Bernardino/Inland Empire/Riverside region. The sessions are being facilitated by Jerry Tello of the National Compadres Network and Mizan Alkebulan-Abakah and Sizwe Andrews-Abakah of Spearitwurx who embody warmth, compassion, and expertise in creating experiences that generate healing and growth individually and collectively.
