From Thrive Alliance:
The stressors of 2020 are leading to burnout and exhaustion among nonprofit professionals, and, as they say, “you can’t pour from an empty cup.” Join IsraAID and Thrive Alliance for a specialized self-care session specifically for nonprofit professionals, and learn how to fill your own cup in order to continue the important work of helping others. In addition to offering attendees a few moments of comfort and solidarity, this interactive self-care/mental health online session provides practical strategies and useful resources to improve your emotional well-being. The event will include a unique stress-management toolbox and information about our mind-body connection during long periods of stress, and how best to cope.
Monday, November 16, 10:30 - 11:30 am, with an optional 30 minute self-care focused casual and interactive chat from 11:30 - 12:00.
Featuring: Hagit Zeev, LMFT, Founder of Neshima Healing; Rachel Wallace, Director, Outreach & Engagement, IsraAID.
