This group event will provide guidance around discernment of what is a disorder vs. what is a difference in development related to adverse childhood experience or toxic stress.
We will look at Family, Environmental , Cultural and Economic Factors which influence a child’s academic performance.
Bring a case to share and discuss.
Outcome:
You will develop a process of decision making for eligibility for special education.
