This seminar, facilitated by the Center for Nonprofit Management, is designed both for new and experienced nonprofit supervisors and those who have had no formal training in their role. Join us for this two-session training, to sharpen your skills to better manage, communicate with, and motivate your staff as well as network and learn from other supervisors. Who should attend: This seminar is intended for supervisors of CA Family Resource Centers, CAPC's, and other family-serving organizations. It is designed for new and experienced supervisors and those who have had no formal training in their role.
