PRESENTER: LINDA KETTERER, SAN DIEGO MISSION ACADEMY, COMMUNITY LIAISON

Linda Ketterer has worked in the County of San Diego for over 20 years. She dedicates her life to sharing her story of resilience, trauma-informed care, and the importance of the use of lived experience within the system of care.

Her journey began in San Diego Youth Services, NAMI San Diego, training with The Academy for Professional Excellence as a strong ally in the implementation of Pathways to Well-Being.

Through TRIAD training, she provided the family voice through a number of trainings for Child Welfare Services workers, foster parents, and Behavioral Health Services providers.
