Great video, so succinct yet informative. As this trauma-informed care movement gains momentum, I am hopeful that it will become a powerful (first?) exemplar of how to address, deconstruct and dismantle the enabling structures of systemic oppressions, by admitting that these structures exist, and foregrounding the work needed to dismantle them as part of the trauma-prevention process.
