On October 15th, Governor Jerry Brown wrapped up the first year of a two-year legislative session by signing some bills and vetoing others. AB 2660 literally reorganizes and revitalizes the state system to manage child fatalities due to abuse and neglect in order to take wise preventive action. This has not been possible in the past.
