Breaking Barriers is partnering with the Social Policy Institute at San Diego State University, Integrated Human Services Group, and Fostering Media Connections to host our 4th Annual Interagency Symposium.

Leadership from California’s public child serving systems and anyone invested in the success of children and families are encouraged to attend.

Breaking Barriers is a collaborative of leaders from across systems and communities that have come together around the shared mission of ensuring the educational, social, emotional, and behavioral wellbeing of California’s children and youth.
