Join Tulare County Community Members to kick off a month of this important public awareness campaign.

People from across the county will be planting pinwheels, tying blue ribbons, and placing lawn signs throughout the county to raise awareness that all children deserve great childhoods, and we all have a role to play in keeping children safe.
