I have been having many discussions about how to create a trauma informed school and build resilience in my students. I would love to further these discussions in a more formal way. Are there any plans for a Delaware conference? I would be happy to help organize.

I recently reached out to DSEA about planning a Policymaker Education Day similar to the one done by 4CA in California. I was told it was being considered. I think it would be an important training to organize, because if the people passing the laws that affect kids don't understand, it will be difficult to create change.
