Join our We Are Resilient General Circle. Together we will explore how to strengthen your personal resilience, through virtual small group discussion and exercises. You will:

- Learn six practical research-based Centering Skills
- Develop a more resilient mindset
This circle meets once a week for six weeks and provides an opportunity to learn about yourself and from others in a supportive environment.
