At our annual RESPITE | Building a Trauma-Informed Community Conference, I will be presenting a specialized breakout about Trauma-Informed Ministry and the Theological Implications of Trauma.
Over the last few years, I've been working on my book (Did You Bring Your Heart?) where I tackle the issue of re-traumatization that can happen within worshipping community when there is not an intentional effort to understand the far-reaching effects of adversity in forming our understanding of ourselves and others.
I invite you to join us later this month at this conference to connect with others in the community who care deeply about treating and preventing ACEs in healthy community.
