Supporting Infants through QRIS (Quality Rating Improvement System)

This resource is from Zero to Three, a National Organization dedication to improving the welfare of all children from ages zero to three, so that all children have an equal shot in Life.  The reason I am placing this resource here, is that there is a section on how to measure improvement in process.  In our first meeting in Washington, we briefly discussed how we could measure improvement.   Even though this is more medically based, it may offer ideas for how we could improve our own work bringing trauma conscious and trauma active work from the congregation to the community and its members.
