The stressors of 2020 and 2021 are leading to burnout and exhaustion among ACEs professionals. Join IsraAID and PACEs for a specialized, interactive self-care session, on concrete ways to reduce stress and anxiety in order to continue your important work of helping others. In addition to offering attendees a sense of comfort and solidarity, this interactive self-care/mental health online session provides practical strategies and useful resources to improve your emotional well-being. The event will include a unique stress-management toolbox and information about our mind-body connection during long periods of stress, and how best to cope.

Elias Wygodny
Elias is an Actor, Singer, Sculptor, Mindfulness Educator, Lucid Body Instructor, Master Energy Healer, Yoga Teacher, a member of the folk band (The Heartstrings Project) and is the Co-Founder and Executive Producer of The Field Exploration, a Company that offers integrative programs on the Science of Being a Joyful Human. He has taught Mindfulness-Based practices since 2014, spanning from private to public classes both nationally and internationally, in Private/Public Education Sectors, in corporate and governmental arenas, in Chicagoland Fitness & Recovery Centers, and at The University of Michigan, where he graduated as a Bachelor in Fine Arts.
Rachel Wallace
Rachel is the Director of Outreach & Engagement at IsraAID, Israel's leading humanitarian aid organization. She oversees IsraAID’s community and university partnerships, programs, and events, and directs IsraAID’s Humanitarian Fellowship.
