Join Fresno Community Health Improvement Partnership (FCHIP) for the 4th Annual State of Our Health Virtual Event as we gather cross-sector community leaders and members committed to using a health equity approach to alleviate health disparities in Fresno County.
Learn from our FCHIP partners working with marginalized community members to create accessible health initiatives. FCHIP remains an anchoring initiative building cross-functional partnerships to identify and address the systemic and root causes of health disparities in Fresno County. As FCHIP partners with leaders and advocates for a thriving community, we have the opportunity to create a healthy community by centering community voices and letting them lead our efforts in creating sustainable health initiatives.
