A few preventative health tips include the following: Insure to move more, at least 1 hour and 30 minutes of physical activity each week (keep moving), protect yourself from harmful sun rays by wearing sunscreen, wear appropriate clothing to cover skin to eliminate skin cancer, and when outdoors for extended periods of time, be sure to wear insect repellent for protection against harmful insects that promote disease. Protect yourself from the heat by remaining cool. Be sure to hydrate often, and be aware of appropriate weather conditions. One also may want to look at eating a healthy diet that consists of both fruit and vegetables, and choose beverages wisely. Choose between a combination of fruit and vegetables that promote hydration, healthy immune system, and healthy muscle development. Lastly, eliminating tobacco use is essential for healthy and productive airways, thus creating an overall healthy immune system. you can enjoy the Summer, while creating a healthy balance for improved performance.
