Celebrations: Guilford County CRM for DSS for 40 people and community CRM for 30 people, Amy success with CRM for students at DC Virgo, CRM workshops scheduled with YWCA, 15 year old teaching an 11 year old CRM skills.

Notes:

Kelly to send Guilford presentations tracker and video to folks to add presentations to PACEs site.

Some HBI funding designated to send to CRM  teacher training to support sustainability in HBI counties?

We'd need commitment from individual and agency, we need a process for who goes and the “requirements” once trained.

Could there potentially be a private training for Healthy Blue Initiative through TRI - paired with Smart Start funding to pay continued efforts?

Could we create a Google form - have you applied for other funding? Requirements for follow through once trained.

Targeted agencies to focus on: Smart Starts- targeted through Smart Start, DSS staff, Guardian ad Litem, Therapeutic agencies?

How do we keep everyone aware- NC Peer to Peer presentations?? Circle back to original group - communication and opportunity to doing more with them? FFA?

How do we get to communities of faith more involved?

Could we use some of the HBI funding for “What Happened to You?” to give to DSS folks and have agencies run a book study.

Literacy Council of Lower Cape Fear to help promote/facilitate book study?

Next Steps:

• Schedule meeting with initial group, agenda (groups we’ve had challenges to connect with)
• Pull together processes for TT , targeted partner organizations
• Send presentations tracker video
• Send invoice for training reimbursement
• Next team meeting June 1, 4:00-5:00
• Tuesday, June 7th meeting with the HBI partners - website, one pager, trainings happened
