- Any movement on funding streams for Resilient Initiatives
- Possibility to pay for getting local folks trained in CRM
- Plan/Process for paying trainers
- Creating videos for organizations/families, can we pay community members to help record and create videos?

Kelly- updated the training sheet, and working with Marianne to update the presentations tracker with the locations (Remember to add the locations, even if Zoom, so the dot will show up on the presentations tracker)
A supervisor of GAL volunteers brought up a need for having a resource for volunteers to access to-Kristy shared that we could possibly have a private Youtube channel with videos, they could possibly have a Microsoft or Google Form, to keep track.
Could organizations possibly keep track?
Kristy heard Coastal was going to do training for teens so we could possibly dovetail with those to support teens. Hanover High had Resilicats -

Shared a few helpful insights from Dr. Wanda Boone’s presentations on Monday
How can we look for bridge builders and really uplift community voices and pay community members with lived experience for their time
