You're invited to a one hour introduction to the Community Resiliency Model on Friday, September 23 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. You will learn practical skills and information that can help you during those times when stress and frustration or lack of motivation feel so overwhelming.
The objectives for this workshop are:
You will learn a common language to recognize and manage stress called the Resilient Zone and what it means to be bumped high and low out of your zone.
You will learn about the basic networks of the brain and how they relate to stress and trauma.
You will be introduced to 4 of the wellness skills to better manage stress and cultivate a greater sense of well-being.
