Meeting the needs in a universal way could be such a powerful leveler for struggling families and has the potential to prevent ACEs and promote positive experiences which new research shows reduces the impact of childhood toxic stress! Humboldt County child care was in crisis before COVID. Now, matters are worse.
"Service providers across the state are sounding the alarm on California’s child care crisis.
