- ACEs Aware Resources
The ACEs Aware initiative is a first-in-the nation effort to screen patients for Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) to help improve and save lives. ACEs Aware offers resources for clinicians, patients/families, and policy makers on the following topics: the science of toxic stress, trauma-informed systems, screening and clinical response, resilience-building interventions, and self-care tools. Led by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and the Office of the California Surgeon General (CA-OSG) as part of Governor Gavin Newsomβs California For All initiative. - Alberta Family Wellness Initiative Resource Library

A collection of trauma-related resources, tools, and guides on topics such as brain architecture, lifelong health, mental health, neglect, resilience, and toxic stress. Sign up for their mailing service to be notified of newly released resources. - National Child Traumatic Stress Network
Resources for the public, professionals, and others who care about children and are concerned about child traumatic stress. Includes information about trauma types and treatments, and trauma-informed care. Resources in multiple languages are available for families and caregivers, child welfare professionals, justice system professionals, school personnel, healthcare providers, youth, and policy makers. Funded by the Center for Mental Health Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. - Number Story
Resources for the public interested in learning more about ACEs and their ACE score, healing and prevention, and the science of ACEs. Specific healing and prevention tools are available for individuals, parents, and families and communities. Number Story teamed up with the American Society for the Positive Care of Children to help parents and caregivers understand, prevent, and heal from ACEs. Explore the toolkit, which is designed for caregivers to support the development and positive parenting of babies and children ages 0 to 5. The Number Story campaign, funded through private philanthropy, is a creation of the ACE Resource Network.
