Bal-A-Vis-X is a series of some 300 exercises, most of which are done with sand-filled bags and/or racquetballs. The exercises promote both self and co-regulation through rhythmic, predictable, repetitive safe movement that is the result of precise physical technique. The exercises can be performed individually, with a partner or in a small group. This training is limited to 60 participants. Email bavxtraining.newton@gmail.com to register.
