S.E.L.F. - A Trauma-Informed Approach (5 part series)

South Central Mental Health

South Central Mental Health is offering a 5-session Trauma Informed Training using the S.E.L.F. Group Curriculum. The training is free of charge. However, any donations for ongoing sustainability of these programs are welcome. This training is ideal for professionals, as it focuses on how to be trauma-aware and create a trauma-informed culture in the workplace.

Why S.E.L.F. Training?
*Shifts our focus from one of blame to one acknowledging the pervasive nature of trauma as a human experience.
*Provides us the common philosophy and understanding of what happened to
people and systems that experience stress and trauma.
*Provides us a common set of values to ground our work with one another.
