We recently found out that our Maryland ACEs Action page was not sending out notifications to our members when we had new information to share. We have updated the setting so that all members will now receive these important notifications. The MD ACEs Action page is your first stop to find information and resources about what is happening in Maryland regarding ACEs.
When you signed up you began receiving a Daily Digest from the National ACEs page. The bottom of each of those emails has a link if you no longer wish to receive them.
If you do not want the Maryland page notifications, below you will find instructions on how to change your settings to receive less emails.
Regards,
MD ACEs Action Community Managers
How-To Customize Your Email Notifications for ACEs Connection Communities
Go to Your Name in upper top right navigation bar.
Click Notifications in the drop-down menu.
To suspend all emails from the main site and all community sites you've joined, select the Settings box, check the box for Suspend All Email Notifications, scroll to the bottom and click on Update Settings.
To control the types of email notifications you receive from community sites you've joined, (e.g., blog posts, calendar events), select Community Site Notifications, select the appropriate community, and make your choices, scroll to the bottom and click on Submit.
Repeat this step for each community.
To choose how to receive your notifications, go to Settings, and choose Emailor On-Site Alert. Email means that notifications will be emailed to you. On-Site Alert means that when you sign into ACEs Connection, notifications will appear in your Alert section, which you can access by going to your name in the upper top right navigation bar, and clicking on Alerts in the drop-down menu.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
Note: if you proceed, you will no longer be following .
