We are living in a particularly stressful moment in global history, and research shows us that there are simple daily practices that can help us self-regulate and support each other – even in stressful and uncertain times like these. Each day we will practice some tool for calming our nervous system and integrating all the parts of our brain so we can be at our best in the challenges that we face. We will gather in community, share strengths from many cultures, and practice relationship building.
Our staff has recorded a special invitation to you - click here to hear us talk about Practicing Resilience!
Each day there will be a different Resilience practice offered. Here’s what’s on deck for the week of March 23:

Wednesday 3/25 - Breath Awareness and Mindful Movement with Colleen Dooley
Thursday 3/26 - Centering Practice with Anela Barboza, Somatic Coach
Friday 3/27 - Social Emotional Learning – Peacemaker Resources
Each thirty-minute session will follow this schedule:

Conversation in small groups – 7 minutes
