Thank you for this suggestion, Heidi. I send these out to our TIHCER (Trauma Informed Health Care Education and Research) group via Outlook invitations so there is limited space for that. Then we just repost on PACES Connection. But I realize that we need to do a better job of spelling things out, especially as we are broadening our audience. We will be more aware of this in the future!
May I make a suggestion? When sending out materials, spell out abbreviations for things like "TIHCER" and "UME". I have no idea what those stand for and am sure I am not alone.
Thank you,
Heidi Beaubriand, RN, BSN, Program Manager Health and Wellness Services Office of Child Welfare 500 Summer Street Salem, OR 97305 (503) 871-6662 She/her/hers
