Welcome to the first day of 12 Days of Resilience with RTF!!

To help members of the New Hanover Resiliency Task Force (NHRTF) stay "regulated" and in their Resilient Zone during the holiday season, Community Resiliency Model from New Hanover County shared a video of a resilience skill that they use and love!

Each day a new resilience teacher will share a skill and his or her favorite tool each day during the 12 Days of Resiliency, sparked by the idea from Pastor and Councilman Barnett and created by the assistant director of equity, education, and engagement, J'vanete Skiba.
