Fiber and Protein for Weight Loss

Several antics about weight loss are trending; However, there are simple foods and recipes that are available for healthy weight loss. Fiber and protein are two food items that promote weight loss at an all-time high. These two foods contribute to weight loss, building of muscle mass, and healthy digestion. Fiber and protein also assist with helping the stomach to remain full. Fiber is easily absorbed in water, and is easy to consume. Similarly, protein provides a feeling of fullness, assists in building cells and muscle, and decreases the presence of ghrelin, the hunger hormone (Lachtrupp as cited in Eating Well, 2024). These two foods help regulate the appetite, and help with significant weight loss.
