Here are the update you have been waiting from our first Statewide Trauma Summit, which was held in April and included more more than 550 researchers, advocates, educators, community stakeholders, clinical and practitioner groups, persons with lived experience, legislators, and representatives from state agencies.
You can now find all the materials, including an executive summary, seven briefs relaying topics covered by our speakers, reflections of Ms. Vernisha Crawford, and the videos (at the very bottom) by clicking HERE.
Slides and recordings are available here.
And here again is the google doc for sharing information about your work and that of your organization’s. It is still open for your inputs.

We are working concertedly to promote our trauma prevention cause around the State. Ways that you can have input at this early phase is to complete the SURVEY.
Also, please be sure to add information on yourself or your organization to the REGISTRY so we can develop a productive relationship with one another.
In addition, here are invaluable resources from SmartStart/NCPC to further guide our efforts:

Please notify us of any opportunities to push our mutual agenda. And if there are opportunities to offer webinars and trainings, or if you want to help write a policy brief, factsheet or op-ed, let us know!
