Upstream Investments Manager: Program Planning and Evaluation Analyst
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience implementing program evaluation models that promote evidence-based practice and support outcome-driven program design
- Strong background in social services research and evaluation
- Knowledge and experience related to the Sonoma County Upstream Investments initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including detailed reports, data visualization techniques, technical guidance documents, and literature reviews
- Experience providing presentations and training on complex topics
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
- Knowledge of local demographics, population-level trends
- Practical experience in applying statistical and qualitative analysis
- Advanced computer skills, including online surveys and presentation software, and internet research
- Knowledge of local health and human services providers (non-profit and government)
- Strong facilitation skills and experience facilitating strategic planning sessions
