Are you interested in learning mindfulness meditation, but not sure where to start? Join us Mondays at 7pm for one hour of meditation exploration. Joanie Lane has 30 years of meditation experience and leads this class in an informal setting, offering instruction on Sati (mindfulness) Metta (loving-kindness) and Vipassana (Insight) meditations. Discussion is encouraged before and after each sitting. Experience the benefits of meditation and gain insight into the challenges that naturally arise; such as our endless stream of thoughts and using our breath as a focal point or anchor to our awareness.
