He is a pastor, professional speaker and certified interventionist. Pastor Clay specializes in working with children and youth of incarcerated people and other high risk populations. He is a group facilitator at Koinonia Homes for Teens, Grizzly Youth Academy in San Luis Obispo and the Parent Project. Pastor Clay has a passion for bringing understanding of early childhood trauma, addiction and recovery for fellow pastors and lay leaders in the church so the people they serve can get the best chance at recovery.
