Part one of the series introduced SAMHSA's Concept of Trauma and Guidance for a Trauma-Informed Approach to Healing Communities. William Kellibrew discussed the creative approaches being implemented by the Baltimore City Health Department's Office of Youth Violence Prevention, in Baltimore, Maryland. John Comer, from Communities United and Baltimore City Health Department, shared his approach to mobilizing communities to take charge of their own healing from community trauma.
