In this workshop, we will dive into what it can look like to create a self-care kit for yourself. Bringing together some of the things that help you de-stress and bring you joy. Something you can reach for whenever you are feeling overwhelmed and need a break. Within this workshop, we will discuss what it can look like to implement self-care as a daily practice or routine.
