Moral injury is a psychological trauma that can occur when someone experiences a conflict between their values and their expected behaviors in the workplace. When we experience a discrepancy between our moral code and how we engage in our work, it can have lasting effects on our overall well-being. We will address some of the implications resulting from moral injury and share strategies for coping with this dilemma.
