The pandemic of 2020 has shifted a lot of our perspectives and ways we move throughout our daily lives. With hopes of some normalcy in sight, we are starting to adapt to new ways of navigating our daily life. Most of us are now in a place of where we are starting to return back to our offices. There can be a lot of hesitation returning back to a place that most of us have not seen in over a year. In this workshop we will have conversations surrounding the anxieties that come with returning back to the office in full time or hybrid capacities. We will brainstorm different strategies to help combat some of the anxieties many of us will be facing when returning back to in person work.
Facilitators: Ashleigh Ryans, MSW, and Donald Jackson
