This short video was wonderful, and I had listened to this subject matter early this morning during my own meditations.  One thing that is good to know is that Inner Stillness and The Inner Silence we are trying to reach may take a few sessions to even begin to understand how wonderful even a short period of Stillness or Silence can feel.  The Ego does not like Mind Stillness, there is nothing the mind can sort through during that time.  Practice will help you with reaching longer periods of Inner Silence if you continue daily
