June Monthly Meeting

Bladen County Meeting: 6/27/22 Savanna Walters from Coastal Horizons presented to Resilient Bladen about the Mental Health First Aid. Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid Courses. 13 participants came together to participate in the meeting. The groups discussed ways to get faith community involved and members shared some names and organizations to reach out to and connect with. Began a discussion about work groups and how to collaboratively work to create focus groups as a long term goal.

Monthly Meeting Celebrations

Bladen County met for their monthly meeting on Monday, May 23 with 16 people in attendance. The focus was about wellness and mental health awareness. Leader, Carra, shared successes that were happening in Bladen County. Carra and Kelly Purcell shared ideas for supporting mental and physical well-being.
