This is such a terrific post, Carra! Thank you. Data needs to drive our work. THis is the type of data we need. Hopefully other states will see this and want to do similar work. THat the goal is to have NC be one of the top 10 healthiest states in the country by 2030? Data and our work can drive that. Peace! Carey

Healthy NC 2030 is an initiative launched by the North Carolina Institute of Medicine (NCIOM) Geometry Dash and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS). Its purpose is to provide a comprehensive set of public health indicators and targets to guide progress across the state over the next decade. Released in January 2020, the Healthy NC 2030 report focuses on key areas such as housing, education, public health, and economic opportunities.
