Joanie Lane has 30 years of meditation experience and leads this class in an informal setting, offering instruction on Sati (mindfulness) Metta (loving-kindness) and Vipassana (Insight) meditations. Discussion is encouraged before and after each sitting. Experience the benefits of meditation and gain insight into the challenges that naturally arise; such as our endless stream of thoughts and using our breath as a focal point or anchor to our awareness.
