R.O.A.R. met on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom. Led by Stacie Kinlaw from Robeson County Partnership for Children there were 28 people in attendance. Stacie shared the agenda and a beautiful video about gratitude to begin the meeting.

Stacie shared celebrations including that Robeson is part of the PACEs Connection Community. She shared that three stakeholders are being trained in Bringing the Protective Factors Framework to Life in Your Work.
Kelly Purcell, a Community Resiliency Model, shared a 20 minute introduction to the Community Resiliency Model by teaching about the Resilient Zone, Tracking and Resourcing. A resource is anything that uplifts you, gives your strength, or helps bring you a sense of peace, calm or joy.
Stacie then opened the meeting for community members to share news or updates or upcoming events and action steps for R.O.A.R.
