Resilient Sacramento is dedicated to preventing and reducing the number of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) in the greater Sacramento area. We are a diverse collective of community members striving to promote healing and create a more trauma-aware Sacramento. We meet monthly to support the community while moving to become trauma informed. The meeting is open to all meeting topics topic often includes a subject matter expert. Time is reserved during the meeting to ask those with experience how they managed the process of becoming trauma informed. Please join us but do not share the information you receive to prevent uninvited perpetrators in our safe space.
