Welcome Educators wanting to learn more on Mindful Classrooms!

The next Mindfulness Meetup will be held at El Camino High School in Carmichael, CA on March 1st, 4-6 pm. Put this on your calendars!

Brian Goetsch, mindfulness instructor, and Susan Jones, trauma-informed practitioner, will lead a district-focused group of educators to discuss secular mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and restorative practices.

An open invitation is extended to those interested in learning about ways to introduce mindfulness and restorative practices to children in schools.
