The California Campaign to Counter Childhood Adversity brings together the expertise and actions of individuals and organizations working to address childhood adversity across the state of California.

4CA’s mission is two-fold:

1. Raise awareness of the impact of childhood adversity on children, youth, families, and communities
2. Address gaps and structural inequities in systems so they can prevent and appropriately respond to childhood adversity, strengthen protective factors and build resilience
