Valley Vision recently announced the results of a new scientific public opinion survey about quality of life in the Sacramento region. Conducted in partnership with Sacramento State's Institute of Social Research, Valley Vision's third poll reveals opinions about new development, priorities for advancing connected communities, and new data to help public policy leaders make informed decisions. While residents say a high quality of life is important to them and their families, survey results show that major issues like poverty, inequality, high housing costs, homelessness, and concerns about how Sacramento will grow are making the path forward unclear.
